Kimberly has built a strong litigation‑based practice and regularly appears before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and Small Claims Court. While she has significant experience with court applications and trials, she is mindful that litigation is not always the most effective path forward and that many disputes can be resolved efficiently through negotiation, mediation, or collaborative processes. She brings a practical, strategic approach to each matter, and works closely with her clients to develop thoughtful solutions that address both their immediate concerns and long-terms needs. Her experience includes complex procedural matters, such as lengthy Registrar’s hearings, allowing her to effectively guide clients through detailed and technical aspects of litigation.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria, graduating with Distinction, and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta. Her background in psychology informs her client‑focused approach to family law, emphasizing clear communication, empathy, and candid advice so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside of practice, Kimberly is a former competitive fast‑pitch player who competed for eight years at the highest amateur level in Delta. She continues to enjoy the sport and values the discipline, teamwork, and resilience it fostered.
